This blog includes 52 Stories in 52 Weeks, which was done in 2007, along with some metaphysical or life lectures. There is artwork and videos, too. I started writing and drawing with two hands around the year 2001 as a mental and brain development experiment on my own brain to restructure my brain's neurons, etc. again. Simply put, using two hands to write and draw forces both sides of the brain to connect together, to become a holistic, stronger, improved brain. I hope you enjoy my blog.

Essay 9: August 18, 2021:

The Conscious and Sub-Consciousness Fear and Non-Fear of Death. Part II.

Somethingness versus Nothingness.

Life and Death. As Metaphysical Concepts and Questions and Issues.

By: The Great - Mr. George D. Patnoe!, Jr.

The evolution and devolution of the human brain, mind, and consciousness regarding death, and or life depending on how you look at life and death.

Yesterday I wrote how many or even most people have a basic fear of death, but now that I think about it, maybe they have a fear of death only when death is upon them in the immediate moment or when their deaths are slowly creeping up on them as it does for older people.

Today I was listening to a 30-minute lecture in the ‘The Great Ideas of Philosophy. 2nd Edition from The Great Courses company. In lecture 28, ‘Hobbes and the Social Machine, pages 133- 136 in the booklet. On page 135 Professor Daniel N. Tobinson states and writes, “It is the fear of a violent death that moves us into a civil society.”

It is very obvious to me that the current White House and the current President of the United States of America Biden have never ever taken a class or course or read a book on the different philosophies of life that many thinkers have thought about throughout the course of history. But many current human civilizations were really becoming into a true and more civilized state of human affairs compared to earlier states of human societies when not only technologies were almost non-existence but when more people went to war to fight, rape, murder, and kill anyone in their path like the terrorist group Taliban is doing now, has done, and will probably do in the future by way of committing needless acts of violence on anyone they want to for any reason whatsoever.

If America does not help backward countries develop into more civilized nations, then America must prepare for even more war into the future because any nation and their specifically violent people like those in the Taliban who are standing on every street corner with a gun in their hand reminds me of Ann Rand and her novels and her own philosophy which partly states that there are specific groups in society, those who believe in the gun, those who believe in the book or intellectualism although there is a lot more to Rand’s ideas than just that one concept which was in one of her novels..

In Mary Baker’s statement in her book, “Science and Health.” she states, “The relinquishment of all faith in death and also of the fear of its sting would raise the standard of health and morals far beyond its present elevation, ...” pg. 426 Science and Health. Mary. B. Eddy.

She is writing that for the normal human beings who are not violent and who are not living in a violent country with violent people who are ready to rape, kill and murder any person they want. Those violent people have no fear of death because it is not their own personal deaths that they are worried about because the people holding the guns on people not holding the guns are not afraid of death or dying unless because the people holding the guns want to control other human beings so that they can rape, kill and murder them with no sense of morality whatsoever. Some
people might suggest and right out state that those people who rape, kill and murder other people just for the fun of it will not have a very good afterlife in general.

The people in the Taliban have no mental conceptions of morals or standards other than their primitive and criminal desire to kill other human beings. they also do not respect the dualistic concept on planet earth of life and death for the normal human being. Would Ms. Eddy write that statement for the violent people in the terrorist group the Taliban? No, she would not write it for those people. She wrote it for the lost human souls who are really worried about their own personal death in a normal everyday course of events.

And now that I have thought about it for a few days, maybe most people are not really fearful of their own personal deaths after all for many reasons. After all, some human beings want to die because of mental and/or psychological reasons. Other human beings believe in something after death like heaven or hell even though those places as ever been seen by the highest-powered telescopes ever made. Or they believe that there is nothing after their own personal deaths and they are just fine with dying because they lived a very good life and they just want the end to come. Or their biological bodies are worn down and they have simply given up the will to live. Or again, they believe in the general concepts of somethingness and/or nothingness in some form even though they do not know what the general concepts of somethingness and/or nothingness are within their own individual human minds.

But in reality, there are human beings who really do not want to die and they are afraid of dying for so many reasons but possibly the biggest reason is that they are ignorant of what is on the other side of this space-time existence. And many people do not want to die because they are living behind their loved ones or maybe they want to die because of their loved ones.

This issue of being fearful and/or not fearful of a person’s own personal death is the effect and not the cause of a one-dimensional state of biological consciousness which means that there are many human beings who wrongly believe that they are living in the only space-time realm of existence which they do not understand along with the fact that they believe they are only a biological state of consciousness.

So being afraid of dying and death is a state of mind, a limited mind that only believes in what it sees with biological eyes that are attached to a biological brain. Let us analyze this very limited eye-brain connection, shall we? Even on a human realm of existence relating to the skin and bone and blood and brain biological body, it has been stated that the human species is the outcome of hundreds of millions of years of both biological and mental development which has led up to this exact moment of the collective human species and each individual human being too.

Let me take the example of the white dots in the night sky and how for hundreds of millions of years creatures of all sorts, not just human beings and monkeys, have looked up and they glared at the night sky with those white dots and as a matter of fact each creature had no idea what those white dots were in the night sky.

In essence, they were living both biologically and mentally in a state of complete ignorance because they were not only completely ignorant of what the sun and the moon and the stars really are compared to what modern-day astrophysicists and what modern-day cosmologists know about the current or past cosmic universe that they can see with the human eyes and brain through very high power telescopes and radio-scopes, etc.

Up to the current scientific age, as far as the scientists have guessed after very long and careful study and research about how the human species ancestors assumed was up in the day and night sky, some humans arrived at the conclusion that there were real gods and other stuff up in the cosmic universe because they were all guessing about what they saw with their own limited eyes as people still do today. But they were also very ignorant about what happens at the time of an individual death too.

A key point here is that just because human beings are still viewing the cosmic universe and death with their limited human eyes does not mean that their human minds and states of consciousness can not see more of what is absolute reality than what the limited eyes can see.

It is the same today because I could only guess how many human beings are totally and completely ignorant about what the current observable cosmic universe is from a modern-day perspective. But even those human creatures with eyes looking through their telescopes have a very limited mental perceptive about what is the current cosmic universe. And they still have many questions about it even though those questions are not the same as the questions that were guessed by the human ancestors because of their limited visual tools of observation.

Is that not the same analogy with today’s concept of death? Only the human mental perceptive has not really changed regarding death for as long as human beings and all of the other creatures have lived on planet earth. Human beings and other creatures do not want to die because they sense the danger of being killed, all over the globe for all sorts of reasons, but mainly because they can actually see and view other creatures and humans being killed for whatever reason. Does not every living creature know somehow that they will die, but if they do not know it they will experience it.

Therefore, there is a healthy fear of not wanting to be killed or dying too early for some stupid reason, like driving too fast during a rainstorm or drinking when drunk which is never a good thing to do, or being killed by a drug dealer or a cop, or having a piece of rock falling from the sky and hit you on your head killing you.

Nobody really wants to die in the end but if they could live forever, would they really want to. Who really wants to live forever in their biological bodies? Maybe in the end people of all types all over the world just realize that one day they will die and they have accepted that fact within their minds as an absolute reality, even if they believe in an afterlife somehow or not.

If what the human species sees as a cosmic universe is still a very limited concept then it is possible that what the human species sees as death is also a very limited concept too? In Richard Bach’s book, “Illusions.” it is written, “Accept your limitations and they will be your limitations.” Paraphrased. 'Argue for your limitations and they will be yours.' I think the quote is!

Whether human beings are fearful or not fearful of their own personal and individual deaths, the absolute truth about death is that in the current state of the human mind, death is really a very limited biological conception and experience within a one-dimensional state of biological existence. With a multi-dimensional spiritual state of consciousness of life-existence and consciousness, whether the human species is fearful or not fearful, the mental limitations of death must surely and maybe slowly disappear. But in the end, for the moment, it is still good to respect even the biological life on planet earth for what it is, a ‘bloody miracle.’ to use Brit's words.

It is really a shame that people like the terrorist group the Taliban are really behind the times in realizing that fact. The fact that all life on earth is really a miracle, even if it is a miracle dream world. You know, from a cosmic perspective.

About Me

United States
When I was in college studying International Economics/Finance, I was also wondering how to develop a more powerful brain. So in 2001,I began a very specialized ambidextrous brain exercise program, for two hours per day,for many years. Those brain exercise began with me writing out words, mostly verbs, with both hands in different patterns. That developed into dual handed sentence writing to longer stories and dual handed drawing exercises.Details are for future books.I did these two hour brain workouts as a personal experiment to restructure my brain's neurons for the purpose of making my brain stronger for writing and language development; for logically creative storying writing. As far as I know, I am the only person in the course of history to have developed these ambidextrous hand/brain exercises. The purpose of these ambidextrous brain exercises is to strenghten both sides of the brain for language skills development, and to connect both sides of the brain together for language skills development. There is a very logical neurological reason for using two hands to write and draw as brain exercises. I also draw with both hands. 52 Stories is my testament!
